Shipping Terms

Once I have received your order I will send an email confirmation and update you with the delivery status of your order. I try to get orders out as quickly as possible but please allow 2 weeks for your original artwork to be shipped. You will receive a tracking number from the shipping agent within this time frame.  Artworks are carefully wrapped to ensure their safe arrival. Shipping Options and Costs:

•      Free of charge - Collection from Amy Vans Art Studio in Bristol - Amy will contact you, using the email address given at checkout, to arrange collection date and time

•      Price dependent on size – UK Mainland Delivery

•      £30 - International Delivery - Rolled in a tube - Your painting will be removed from the wooden stretcher bars and packed in a tube for shipping. When the artwork arrives at its destination, you simply re-stretch or re-frame it with the help of a local art handler or framer.

•      If you require International Shipping and would like the painting to arrived stretched rather than rolled in a cylinder - please click International Shipping POA at checkout - Amy will contact you using the email provided at checkout to discuss delivery options and cost. The cost of shipping and tax will then be calculated depending on the delivery location.



•      Returns Policy:
 Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind.

*UK Mainland Delivery - Mainland UK areas, excluding some Scottish post codes, the Isle of Wight and Isle of Man, Northern Ireland. Please contact Amy and, if you wish to check out now to reserve your painting, an additional delivery charge will be added at a later date.

International Delivery - On average, the cost to reframe or re-stretch the artwork will be much less than the expense of shipping the work ready-to-hang. When done properly, this method is also much safer, the chances of the artwork being damaged in transit are much smaller.

Returns

All artwork is packed with the utmost care.

Due to the sensitive nature of transporting art, returns and exchanges are not offered on prints or original works of art simply for change of mind; however, if you believe the work may have been damaged in transit - PRIOR to opening the delivery please photograph the packaging and then photograph the damaged art inside. Send images to amyvans@hotmail.co.uk. For paintings that are damaged during transit, I will replace with a new commissioned painting of similar size.
